Welcome to realwoods.co.uk. This website is operated by Realwoods, a UK-based manufacturer and retailer of solid pine bed frames and bedroom furniture. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully.
Realwoods is based in Burntwood, Staffordshire, England. We design, manufacture, and sell solid pine bed frames and related furniture directly to customers through our website.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. All content, including product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Realwoods and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
All of our bed frames are made from solid pine and include premium 27mm thick slats and hidden fittings. While we take care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, natural wood will vary in colour and grain. All measurements are approximate.
Orders can be placed directly through our website using our secure checkout, powered by PayPal or Stripe. A contract is formed once your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery is free to mainland England and Wales.
A £75 flat-rate delivery fee applies to orders delivered to mainland Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Estimated delivery times:
England & Wales: 2 weeks
Scotland: 3–4 weeks
Products are delivered directly from our factory, partially dismantled for easier handling.
An optional in-home assembly service is available for £35, which can be selected at checkout.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we believe we are unable to fulfil it at a reasonable cost or in reasonable time – for example, due to delivery limitations or stock availability. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us by email.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in a suitable condition for collection.
Collection fees apply:
£40 per item (England & Wales)
£75 per item (Scotland)
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note:
Bespoke items and mattresses that have been unsealed are non-returnable unless faulty.
We take every care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products and services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
We take your privacy seriously. Any data you provide will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We will never share your personal data with third parties except as required to process your order (e.g., payment processing or delivery).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
