Stocks Levels: Realwoods is a UK based manufacturer and orders are delivered direct from our manufacturing facility. Timber stocks are healthy, and your items will be built to order.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to mainland England and Wales, with an estimated lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. For customers in mainland Scotland (up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh), delivery is available for a flat rate of £75 per order. All items are delivered directly from our Staffordshire factory and arrive partially dismantled for easy handling.

30 DAY RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us to arrange a collection. Returns are subject to a £40 collection fee per item for England and Wales, or £75 per item for Scotland. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in a suitable condition for collection. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Please note: bespoke items and mattresses that have been unsealed are non-returnable.
